Adept in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, Transition Management, Talent Management and Organizational Culture interventions, Kruti’s real expertise lies in designing and bringing people strategy to life through business acumen and HR & Talent experience. Kruti has worked with companies including Oracle, ANZ, TCS , Vodafone and Apttus, a category defining middle office SaaS company which was a start up when she joined. Kruti has played various roles including some hybrid roles such as L&OD, Talent Management & Succession Planning, HR, Delivery & Education Sales, which gave her an opportunity to not only gain in-depth knowledge but also get exposed to customer facing and P&L handling roles for large geographies like EMEA, APAC, AUS. She has been responsible for strategizing and implementing organizational culture and value-based initiatives
